✅ How to Return a Product
To return a product, simply follow these steps:

Contact us at support@zyntriva.store within 14 days of receiving your order.

Share your order number along with the reason for your return.

We’ll send you a return shipping label.

Pack the item securely and send it back.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
🚫 Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been used, damaged, or modified

💸 Refunds & Shipping Costs

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll contact you to request bank or IBAN details for the refund.

Shipping is free for all orders. However, if you return a product, the shipping cost (both delivery and return) will be deducted from your refund.
