✅ How to Return a Product

To return a product, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@zyntriva.store within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number along with the reason for your return.

  3. We’ll send you a return shipping label.

  4. Pack the item securely and send it back.

  5. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

🚫 Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or modified

  • Products missing original parts or accessories

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

💸 Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll contact you to request bank or IBAN details for the refund.

  • Shipping is free for all orders. However, if you return a product, the shipping cost (both delivery and return) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
